	Vinod Aggarwal Chairman, PIRON Group Vinod is the Chairman of PIRON Group of Companies. Vinod started his career at a young age of 20 after graduating from Punjab University in India and founded Veekay Industries, with a modest capital, in the year 1974. Today, at 57 he heads a successful group, amongst the one of the best in capital city of India. Under his presence, PIRON Group has diversified itself in areas such as Education, Consulting, IT, Financial Services, Interior Designing, Furniture and Sports Infrastructure. PIRON Group has grown successfully in partnership with various leading companies of the world such as BPP, Bisk Education, Haworth, Wipro, Reliance, Bombay Stock Exchange, ACCA, CIMA and many others.

	Ankur Aggarwal Managing Director, PIRON Group Ankur is the Managing Director of PIRON's Service Sector Companies. Ankur has over 8 years of experience in technology and business process management. He has been involved in the setting up of offshore outsourcing units in India and specializes in migration and transition management. With offices and residences both in India and United States, he frequently travels between New York and New Delhi. Under his guidance, PIRON's outsourcing division acquired clientele in more than 15 states of US in less than 1 year. Ankur did his B.Eng from Northumbria University, UK and completed Several Management certificate programs from Keller, New York.

	Ashish Aggarwal Joint Managing Director, PIRON Group Ashish is Joint Managing Director with more than 15 years of experience. He served as President of Sales for Indo Merchandising Inc. a pioneer of office space/equipment solutions in India. He was instrumental in developing Indo Merchandising’s national market in India. He developed national scale sales channel all over India to promote products branded by Indo Merchandising. He is specialist in providing marketing services which include investor relations, public relations, media relations, website development, client counsel, branding services and online promotions. He holds MBA from ENPC School of International Management, France.

	Hitesh Khanna System Administrator, PIRON Group Hitesh is the System Administrator of PIRON Group. He has extensive knowledge of various computer operations, servers and network. He is responsible for maintaining IT security, data servers, mail servers and PIRON Group network. He has been implementing new methodology in IT systems of PIRON Group. Prior to this, he has worked with several large firms before joining PIRON. He holds Bachelors in Computer Applications from Delhi Univeristy, India.

	Mehak Sharma, Head - Strategies & People Mangement, PIRON Group Mehak has been an integral part of building strategies within PIRON Group. She is one of the oldest team members who has been managing the day to day activities relating to Business Strategies and People Management. She carries with herself vast experiences from the Banking sand KPO Industry in Client handling and Strategic Management. With her vibrant and versatile skill set she manage to acquire Business Opportunities from Companies like NTPC, ICSI, Genpact, Accenture and has Successfully created educational alliances with NIFM (Ministry of Finance Body) and BTI (Bombay Stock Exchange Training Institute). She graduated from Delhi University in Finance and Post Graduated from NIIT university in finance and Human Resource Management.

	Abhishek Asthana Executive Director, PIRON Education & PIRON Consulting Abhishek is Executive Director of PIRON's Education and Consulting Divisions. He is a member of ICAI and has vast experience in Education and Financial Consulting. He has undergone through latest developments in the field of finance and accounts, which includes all of the IFRS in detail. He has been part of IFRS Convergence team in several corporate accounts. He has also assisted in developing a detailed plan for first time adoption of IFRS. As a faculty, he has been offering services to renowned corproate such as Accenture, Genpact, Ashok Leyland, Deepak Nitrite, Bombay Stock Exchage and many others.

	Santosh Nayak Technical Head, PIRON Technologies Santosh is Technical Head of PIRON Technologies. Santosh is the Cheif Architect of all software applications developed by PIRON Technologies. Under his guidance, PIRON Technologies has successfully launched serveral E-learning application including Flexiguru (LMS). His software applications have been appreciated by users in more than 15 countries across the world. His focussed approach and strong commitment has ensured PIRON Technologies to become one of the leading e-learning solution providers in very short span of time.

	Ashok Sahi Cheif Executive officer, PIRON RealTime Ashok is a qualified CPA, Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant with 24 years experience in the areas of Strategic Business Planning, Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Budgeting, IFRS, US GAAP and Sox, International Accounting and taxation. As a strategic planner with proficiency in conducting business analysis and project feasibility studies, Ashok has a proven ability of spearheading new business initiatives. He is a keen analyst with excellent relationship management skills and expertise in liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and various regulatory authorities.

	Arun Saini Cheif Operating Officer, PIRON RealTime (India - Operations) Based in New Delhi, Arun is the Chief Operating Officer of Piron Realtime and is responsible for the entire operations of our delivery centre in India. His professional exposure of more than 28 years includes accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate and financial management and strategic management consultancy. Arun specializes in taxation and other direct tax laws as well as RBI and foreign exchange related matters. Arun always emphasizes on perfection; he is the guiding force and inspiration behind his team and motivates them to perform at the highest levels to achieve absolute client satisfaction. Arun Saini is a professional Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by trade, having qualified in 1981 and 1980 respectively.
