1. DATA MANAGEMENT PROCESS

We adopt two methods for processing the data .

Remote Desktop
Data and Software resides at client system only and we access the System through Remote Desktop Facility to view and process the data at client place only .

Offshore Processing
Client Upload the data at our Secured Data Management servers and we view the data their and process it at our facility . After completion backup files of softwares are uploaded to Data management servers and client download the backup processed files from DMS . All the data loaded to DMS resides on these servers and never leave US shore. Our team connects to these servers via secured VPN tunnel.

2. PRODUCTION PROCESS

Pre Production Review

• Acknowledgement of the receipt of data
• List of Missing and Unreadable information
• Sorting and Tagging of information as per Checklist

Data Processing

• Processing of Information as per Defined Process
• List of assumption made to process the data
• Unresolved queries up to first draft
• On resolving of all issues, final data is uploaded to the client

Review and Quality

• Level 1: Review by the processor with the checklist
• Level 2: 100% review of processed data by Reviewer
• Level 3: Review by Manager Operations on Key Controlling
