Utilizing robust Web deployable software,PIRON provides powerful Data Management System (DMS) hosted on servers located in US. All the data loaded to DMS resides on these servers and never leave US shore. Our team connects to these servers via secured VPN tunnel.
Also when we receive the data from you, this data is coded wherein our IT Administrator suppress the name, SSN#, Address, Telephone, Email ID or any other key information of the clients. After coding the suppressed data is transmitted to production team for processing.
We also suggest our CPAs that if they so want, this coding of data can be done by CPAs in US itself and in that case even the top management of PIRON will never know the origin of the data.
When IT Administrator receives the processed data from production he decodes the data and upload the data for CPA.
So at any stage of production origin of data remain anonymous.
We process the entire data on dual monitor system wherein our processors process the data on one monitor in the relevant software and view the source documents on another monitor. The source documents are scanned by you in US into a computer server which is physically located in US. Keeping in mind of companys policy to take data protection and privacy very seriously, our production team can see data on screen but they can never download or print any data.
