(PPM) to manage their outsourced projects. PPM provides regular
updates with delivery details of the outsourced projects and
facilitates communication log between the client and our offshore
center. PPM lets our client have full control on their outsourced
work

Pure Offshore Model
This Model entails that
the project-related activity; right from initial study to testing is
done at Piron's offshore premises. Piron will not have any presence
at the client's location but the client will interact directly with
the offshore center through our hosted web based application called
Piron Project Manager and through other various communications means
such as telephone, fax, email etc. So now you can even have your own
virtual offshore development center with no setup cost.
