to our hosted web based application called Piron Project Manager
(PPM) to manage their outsourced projects. PPM provides regular
updates with delivery details of the outsourced projects and
facilitates communication log between the client and our offshore
center. PPM lets our client have full control on their outsourced
work

Onsite/Offshore Model
This model gives an
opportunity to the client to make direct communication with PIRON
through the onsite center and at the same time gives them the
benefits of the offshore Development Center in India. Ideally 20-30%
of work is done onsite whereas 70-80% is outsourced offshore
depending upon the criticality of the project.
